Cathedral Pines Garage Requirements:
- Attached garages are required for all homes. Garages shall be of size to accommodate at least four (4) full-sized vehicles and shall have garage door equivalent to at least three vehicles.
- All garage doors shall be equipped with automatic remote control openers.
