The Cathedral Pines subdivision is located in the Black Forest area of Colorado Springs. This area features a mix of service providers for utilities and services: Water: Homes in Cathedral Pines are on Domestic Well systems. The cost of the well is generally part of the cost of construction. Although there is no actual water bill there are limitations to the amount of water each lot can use.
